Schedule a free bio-individuality conversation with Kevin. In just 15 minutes on the phone, we will discuss your needs and determine if we’re a good fit. We can then establish a 3-month coaching cycle,  customized to your schedule and your needs – with in-person, phone, and zoom contact options available.

Step 1

Intention

Determine your intent.

What can we work on together over the next 3 months that would improve your life?

Step 2

Examine

Have the first hour-long session. Examine relationships, lifestyle, and patterns of behavior that have created your situation, and discuss ways to change your patterns for the better. Create achievable, time-based goals and personal tool-kits to support you through your process.

Step 3

Check-In

Routine accountability check-ins as determined by setup sessions.  Calls will begin by celebrating milestones and troubleshooting setbacks.  Remainder of sessions will be spent discussing meals and practicing self-care exercises like meditation, qigong, and reiki.

Step 4

Focus

After 3 months, re-evaluate progress and refocus intent based on new goals. Book additional sessions or continue on your own as an empowered wizard!
